Agreement

By using Dandali services or this website you agree to these terms. Specific plans and business contracts may include additional terms.

Services

Dandali provides mobile, fibre internet, Wi-Fi hotspot, voice, entertainment and business connectivity services, subject to coverage, device compatibility and availability.

Registration

Mobile lines must be registered with valid identity, including NIN, as required by the Nigerian Communications Commission.

Acceptable use

You must not use Dandali services for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, network abuse or infringement of others' rights.

Payments

Plans are billed according to the selected package. Unpaid services may be suspended until renewal.

Service levels

We work to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless covered by a signed service level agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Dandali is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.
